‘From Wood to Bronze’

Henry was born in York and now based in rural North Norfolk, has always had a keen interest in his surroundings. This crystallised into a fascination with the ancient woodland which surrounded his childhood home. A boyhood centred around watching wildlife soon translated into a passion for recording his observations with brush and paint. Henry went on to develop a talent for sculpting in wood, earning recognition at national level in the 2024 English Open Championship when he was awarded first place.

Self-taught in each medium he has mastered, he has now gone on to cast in bronze in his small foundry.
