Frosty May

Kieron Williamson | Oil on Board | 6 x 8 inches

“This May, in Cornwall, we had a spell of very frosty mornings. Not so good for the garden, but very good for painting! This is the view from Trewornan bridge looking towards the distant moors, with the sun just showing over the hills. There’s always a lovely mist over these meadows at dawn. It’s also lovely at evening, driving past and seeing the meadows fill with mist, always stirs my imagination and makes me eager to paint.”
