MIXED MEDIA EXHIBITION

Four Seasons

21st February – 31st March 2026

A celebration of the land and sea will be our opening exhibition for 2026. Featuring artists from the Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA), Wapping Group of Artists (WGA) and the British Plein Air Painters this exhibition sets out to celebrate the outdoors, mother nature and her changing seasons.

MAJOR SOLO EXHIBITION

'Recall of the Wild'
Mark Ward

4th – 14th April 2026

Mark’s paintings all relate to the natural world.

Most are developed from experiences of landscapes and creatures locally or in more exotic climes. He constructs stage sets using paper, string, clay and all sorts of rescued items. These are closely observed and painted using acrylic. The sets are lit to create drama and emphasise the materials uses in their construction. Mark has exhibited in London, New York, Italy, England and Scotland.

We are delighted to present his first solo exhibition at The Gallery, Holt.

MIXED MEDIA EXHIBITION IN BLACK AND WHITE

Monochrome

18th April – 26th May 2026

In a world that is filled with colour we aim to highlight the power of black and white. This exhibition challenges beauty which is discovered in simplicity, competing with opposites and the  penetration of pure light into complete darkness. Where colour sometimes fails, black and white creates a dreamscape to transport the viewer towards a world of limitless interpretation.

MIXED MEDIA EXHIBITION

Put The Cat Among The Pigeons

30th May – 7th July 2026

After the tremendous success of ‘Old Dogs, New Tricks’, our first exhibition in 2025, it’s now the turn of our feline and feathered friends. In this mixed media exhibition, which celebrates the collaboration of two of nature’s fiercest rivals, we will have Lion’s to Lapwings and Kittens to Kingfishers … an exhibition to put ‘The Cat amongst the Pigeons’!
